NYSP Dealer Invitation email 08.10.2023

This is the e-mail being sent to FFLs in NY from the NYSP - JTTF to invite participation in a test drive of their new POC system for August 18, 2023. Although it has no identifying information on the e-mail (not even an NYSP logo), nor does it contain identification information for the officer initiating the email or how to contact her, I do have verification from a dealer that it was sent to the dealer after direct communication about it with NYSP. This was received by at least two other dealers in NY.

I’m posting this in the interests of sharing potential information.
