FREE download. This 1-page letter was received Saturday, August 19, 2023 by an FFL Type-01 dealer in firearms with a NY license, via first class USPS mail. It was the first letter of its kind to surface. Other FFLs in NY have received versions of this letter that do and do not include a date.
